From my experience, I have heard of a couple of families who gave their children different family names. In those cases, one child took their mother's family name. The parents or grandparents didn't want the family names to die out. One reason the LDP opposed the use of separate surnames by married couples was the loss of family ties. Isn't that strange? I think those who want to keep their family name are conservative, and some families used to give their children to siblings or relatives who didn't have boys. What is the family tie?
People today can not loose the effects of medicines. We hope healthy lives as long as possible. For the tendencies, giving medicine to a patient is making great progress in the acceleration.
