Masumi said, “Probably unconsciously, I usually try to be nice to my mother-in-law, I act(?) cheerfully. Some of her stories are funny, so, we sometimes laugh together. While I stay at her home, she talks a lot, she eats more than usual, maybe she feels well. That’s nice. However, it’s tiring for me to stay there long. (So), I come back (home), and meet some of my friends. They give me some kind of power. (When I am) cheered enough by them, I can visit my mother-in-law again.”

In a word, self-sacrifice. The unreasonable sense of mission that spreads cheerfulness hurts the inside of themselves. (We) can't help it because it's our personality. The most important thing in our life is our own satisfaction and a fulfilling life. It doesn't matter what other people think about, it doesn't matter in our life. I believe mental and physical well-being is essential to boosting our immunity, disease resistance and leading a mentally satisfying life.”

It's me, (it’s) not necessary to be a winner. My younger daughter told me about the phrase, "It's ephemeral. It comes and goes" & its fragility. I have got the same feeling. (It is) as it is!!”
“Well yes, life is, what it is, and what will be, will be. So we must carry on, whatever the weather and try to wear a smile. A smile brings cheers, a frown brings tears.” IG
