The cyberspace around us is full of hate speeches and fake news.
I guess it might be crossing over the countries.

The Five Eyes alliance, the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand,
concludes the UKUSA agreement, NSA & GCHQ, and has SIGINT, signals intelligence, gathering by interception of signals.

Countries in SIGINT:
US, UK, New Zealand, Japan, France, Russia, Sweden, China,
Germany.

There are four divisions for it in Japan,
National Police Agency Security Bureau,
Defense Intelligence Headquarters,
Japan Ground Self-Defence Force JGSDF C5 Command,
Ministry of Foreign Affair of Japan (Ministet's Secretariat, Information and Communications Division).

Presently it is the big issue for the each country to belong
to the Capitalist or the Imperialist,
someone hiding behind the keyboards.

Intelligence officials says it has been growing more difficult
to distinguish between nation-state attack and cybercrime campaigns.
The hackers may work for intelligence agencies or practice freelance hacking in the spare time.
