Museums came from house-galleries displayed collections by royalty and nobility. In the christianity the paintings have been spreading as aesthetics to be ’arts’, later on in Renaissance. Early buildings of the museums were designed from the Parthenon in Greece, having with Karyatides.
What is the arts, aesthetically?? We have a long history of the arts.

Like beauty, good or bad art is in the eye of the beholder. No two people can possibly share the exact same taste. But most people can enjoy what is considered popular or tasteful. Though a little less easily now, thanks to COVID-19.
Kill animals and eat them. What a cruel! Though, I sometimes eat them for taking animal protein, ethical aside. If we consume them too match, they will be extinct. If we treat them cruel they remember, and memorize into their genes. They change features of virus for paying back.
As you sow so you reap. Karma will get you. All lives matter.
We mankind make mistakes repeatedly. Though we must overcome such an expanding zoonotic diseases by the reason of shifting to one world together.
Thinking back, Avian influenza came up about 40 years ago. It was only a zoonotic desease around me, so many chickens and quails were killed also in Aichi. Interact of them was a few presently.
It reminds me "La Morte a Venezia", the movie by Visconti. A story is what an old man keeps staying in Venice persistently during Cholera epidemic.
